The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 04.00 P.M. and concluded at 06.45 P.M. Request you to take the above information on record. The Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September, 2023 to 30th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. The cut-off date is 22nd September, 2023. Kindly take the above information on record.
