Pursuant to regulation 34(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the 36th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2022-23, which is being sent to the members of the Company through the electronic means as per the circulars issued by the MCA and SEBI. 36th Annual General Meeting schedule to be held on Wednesday, 20 September 2023 through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means. Wednesday, 13 September 2023 will be the Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM.
