The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain close from Saturday, 19th August, 2023 to Friday, 25th August, 2023 (Both days inclusive) on account of 18th AGM of the Company to be held on 25th August, 2023. In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we are submitting the proceedings of 18th AGM of the Company held on Friday, 25th August, 2023 through VC/OAVM Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations relating to completion of tenure of Independent Director and Change in designation of Directors Voting Results as per Regulation 44 of LODR Regulations and Scrutinizers Report (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/08/2023)
