Approved to conduct the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company on 28th September 2023 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). 4. Approved Record date, Book Closure date and E-voting dates Summary of the proceedings of the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28.09.2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.09.2023) Disclosure of Voting Results of the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company along with the Scrutinizer report.
