the Board of Directors in its meeting held today have inter-alia considered that the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company shall be held on Wednesday, September 27 ,2023 at 11:00 AM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM ) For the purpose of AGM, the Companys register of member and share transfer books be closed from 23rd to 27th September, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 01/09/2023) The proceedings of the 36th Annual General Meeting of Lovable Lingerie Limited, held on September 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM through video conferencing (VC) /other audio visual Method (OAVM) is attached herewith.
