This is to inform you that the 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Share Transfer books and the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from August 12, 2023 to August 17, 2023 (both days inclusive), in connection with Annual General Meeting of the Company. Newspaper Advertisement-Disclosure under Regulation 30 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 23.07.2023)
