The 60th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday 30th September, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. through video conferencing at the registered office of the company and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR), 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 to Saturday, 30th September, 2023 for taking record of the Members of the company for the purpose of AGM of the Company. The 60th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday 30th September, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing at the Registered Office of the Company and Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR), 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 to Saturday, 30th September, 2023 for taking record of the Members of the Company and for the purpose of AGM of the Company Pursuant to Reg. 44(3)of SEBI enclosing Consolidated Scrutinizers Report and Voting Results at the 60th AGM held on 30/09/2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), we hereby inform that the following businesses were transacted (Audited statement of P&L, Appointment of Director, ratify creation of mortgage, appointment of Mr. Arvind Sadashiv Mokashi, ratify the remuneration of cost auditor) at 60th AGM on 30/09/2023 through Video conference. The time of commencement of the meeting is 10:30 AM and conclusion of the meeting is 11:10 AM. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 06.04.2024)
