The company was promoted by the late K Easwaran, Hari Easwaran and associates with equity participation from Reyrolle Parsons (a division of Reyrolle), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rolls Royce Engineering, UK. The company is headed by chairman Hari Easwaran.
