Hindcon Chemicals Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company with the name Hind Silicates Private Limited on August 25, 1998. Pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 20, 2010 the name of the Company was changed to Hindcon Chemicals Private Limited on December 30, 2010. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 13, 2012 and the name of the Company was changed from Hindcon Chemicals Private Limited to Hindcon Chemicals Limited on June 15, 2012.
