Outcome of the Board meeting dated 13-04-2023 Convening an Annual General Meeting of the Company: To hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company on Friday May 12, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) We wish to inform you that 88th Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on May 12, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Friday May 05, 2023 to Friday May12, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting This is with reference to our earlier announcement dated April 13, 2023 regarding intimation of the date of the 88th Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday May 12, 2023 and the Book Closure from Friday May 05, 2023 to Friday May 12, 2023, due to Considering the unavoidable circumstances, it has been decided to postpone the 88th AGM, and the Book Closure intimated vide our aforesaid letter. The revised dates shall be intimated in due course.
