AGM 21/09/2023 We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., 24th August, 2023 has considered and approved increase in authorized capital and 5th AGM related matters for FY 22-23 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 24.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Annual Report of the company for the financial year 2022-23 and is also available on the website of the company (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) Please find gist of proceedings of AGM (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submitting the voting results of 5th AGM of company along with the scrutinizers report in this regard.
