Company Fixes Book Closure for the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 (23/09/2023 to 29/09/2023) (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.08.2023) Proceeding of Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 from 3:30 p.m. to 3:42 p.m. through Video Conference/ other audio visual means (OAVM). (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023)
