We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 23rd May, 2023 has recommended for consideration of the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4th July, 2023 for payment of dividend of Rs. 15/- (previous year Rs.20/-) per Equity Share. The dividend, if sanctioned, at the Annual General Meeting will be made payable to those members whose name stand in the register of members of the Company on 27th June, 2023. In accordance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 47(3) of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed the copies of notices given to shareholders, inter alia, informing them about the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, details relating to E-Voting facility and Book Closure. The notice was published in the Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on 9th June, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 09/06/2023) In accordance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 47(3) of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed the revised copy of the notice given to the shareholders, inter alia, informing them about the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, details relating to E-Voting facility and Book Closure.
