This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, we hereby intimating the Exchange that 29th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 24th September, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. through VC/OAVM. Further, E-voting will start from 21st September, 2023 09:00 a.m. IST and ends on 23rd September, 2023 05:00 p.m. IST. The Registers of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Monday September 18, 2023 to Sunday, September 24, 2023 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 02.09.2023) Details of Voting Results through remote E-voting and Electronic Means under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with Consolidated Scrutinizers Report for 29th AGM of the Company (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/09/2023)
