This is to inform you that the 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 11.00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visuals Means. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), attached is the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the record date/cut-off date for the purpose of dividend/e-voting is August 04, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the 71st Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today, Friday, August 11, 2023 at 11.00 am through video conferencing facility provided by National Securities and Depository Limited.
