AGM 29/09/2023 Outcome Of Board Meeting - Intimation Of Date Of Annual General Meeting, Book Closure, Cut off date for dividend & E-Voting & Other Proposed Matters. The Board of Directors in their meeting held today has fixed date of Book Closure for the 42nd Annual General Meeting and Dividend. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to convey 42nd AGM on 29th September, 2023. The Board has decided Book Closure / Record Date for the purpose of Dividend at the AGM, if declared. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 17.07.2023) Shareholder in their 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company had re appointed Dr. Himanshu C. Patel as Managing Director of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023)
