The Board decided Friday, 22nd September, 2023 as the cut off date/Record Date for reckoning the voting rights of the members for the purpose of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the company. Pusuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI cicular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th day of July, 2023, we wish to inform you that the members of the company in the AGM held on 29th September, 2023 approved Re-appointment of Mrs. Monika Jain (DIN: 03403491) as Whole Time Director, Re-appointment of Mr. Tosh Kumar Jain (DIN: 01540363) as MD and Chairman of the company, Regularisation of Mrs. Shruti Gupta (DIN: 09818957) as Independent Director, Appointment of Mrs. Bhumika Parwani (DIN: 09732792) as Non-Executive Director (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/09/2023)
