(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/08/2023) Voting Results of 34th AGM of the Company held on 21.09.2023 through VC/OVAM alongwith consolidated Scrutinizers Report pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Summary of proceedings of 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 21.09.2023 at 12.30 p.m. through VC /OAVM and concluded at 12.40 p.m. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/09/2023)
