Annual General Meeting: The AGM has been scheduled on Monday, July 17, 2023, through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual . The record date for payment of the final dividend would be Friday, July 7, 2023, and the dividend approved by the members will be paid on and after July 24, 2023. In compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Notice of the AGM of the members of the Company to be held on Monday, the 17th day of July, 2023 at 4.00 pm (IST) through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means without the physical presence of the members at a common venue, which is being circulated to our members by email.
