Outcome of the Board Meeting held on May 27, 2023 - Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 & other matters This is to inform that the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This is to inform that the Company on July 3, 2023 had dispatched to the eligible shareholder/s the Notice of 35th AGM along with the copy of Annual Report of FY 2022-23 in electronic mode and the same is available on the website www.hovsltd.com of the Company. The 35th AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, the July 28, 2023 at 10:30 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Video Means (OAVM). The aforesaid 35th Annual Report for FY 2022-23 is enclosed herewith for submission to the Exchange. Kindly take the above on record.
