Annual Report along with notice of AGM has been dispatched to all the eligible shareholders as on the cut off date 18th August 2023 through email mode only and will be available on the website of the company www.indianterrain.com Summary of proceedings of the Annual General Meeting held on 18th September 2023 at 11. 00 AM (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 18.09.2023) Pursuant to the Shareholders approval at the 14th AGM of the Company on 18th September 2023, the Registered Office of the Company has been shifted outside the local limits within same ROC to Survey No. 549/2 & 232, Plot No. 4, Thirukkachiyur & Sengundram Industrial Area, Singaperumal Koil, Chengalpattu - 603204, Tamil Nadu and the same was intimated to ROC, Chennai on 14th October 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 14/10/2023)
