Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 21st September 2023 to 27th September 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of this AGM and determining the entitlement for payment of Dividend of fully paid-up shares of the Company.
