AGM 21/08/2023 This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Indo Count Industries Limited (the Company) at its meeting held on Tuesday, 30th May, 2023 has approved the following: (a) 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, 21st August, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Video Mode (OAVM) and (b) the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 14th August, 2023 to Monday, 21st August, 2023 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of payment of dividend, if declared and AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 31.05.2023) We wish to inform you that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today i.e. August 21, 2023 through Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Means, Please find enclosed herewith summary of the proceedings of 34th AGM of the Company.
