Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting The Notice for convening the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on Friday, September 29, 2023, through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) as per the relevant circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The Register of members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 to Friday, 29th September, 2023(Both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 33rd AGM scheduled to be held on Friday, September 29th, 2023 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 31/07/2023) This is to inform you that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 12:00 noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) facility or other audio visual means (OAVM), in accordance with the Circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please find enclosed Notice convening the 33rd AGM of the Company and 33rd Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23. The 33rd AGM Notice along with Annual Report 2022-23 is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depositories as per the above said circulars.
