AGM 26/09/2023 With reference to the above cited subject, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Friday, 11th August, 2023, inter-alia, has Approved and taken on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2023, and Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with other statutory agendas approved as mentioned in the attached intimation letter. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 11.08.2023) We Would like to inform you that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the members of Izmo Limited was held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 12:30 P.M. (IST) electronically through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In this regard, please find the annexed proceedings of the Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/09/2023) Voting Results and Scrutinizers Report in connection with 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 26, 2023 at 12:30 PM (IST).
