The deemed venue of the 60th Annual General Meeting is the Registered Office of the Company at Ion House, Dr. E. Moses Road, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai-400 011. Pursuant to Regulations 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we Submit herewith voting results and detailed scrutinizers Report of the business transacted at the 60th Annual General Meeting of the company held on Friday 4th August, 2023 through VC/OAVM.
