(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of SEBI (LODR) 2015, kindly find enclosed herewith notice of 30th AGM of the Members of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on September05, 2023, decided to convene the 30th AGM of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 09/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015, we are enclosing herewith the details regarding the proceedings of the 30 AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) , it is hereby informed that members of the Company at the 30th AGM held on Saturday 30th September 2023 at 03:30pm through VC/OAVM. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) Declaration of results of e-voting conducted during the 30th AGM of the Company held on 30th September 2023.
