The cut off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on resolutions set out in the notice of AGM is Friday, September 15, 2023. The remote e-voting period will begin on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 10:00 A.M IST and will end on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 05:00 PM IST.
