AGM 29/09/2023 Approved Audited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standard (INDAS) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 along with Auditors Report with unmodified opinion. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.05.2023) We would like to inform you that 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 11.30 A.M (IST) at Registered Office of the Company at 18, R.N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata-700 001, West Bengal The remote e-voting period commences on 26th September, 2023 9.00 A.M. (IST) and ends on 28th September, 2023 5.00 P.M. (IST). During the period, members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on 22nd September, 2023 i.e., Cut-off date, may cast their vote electronically. Those members, who are attending the AGM and have not cast their vote on the Resolutions through remote e-voting, shall be eligible to vote at the AGM (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 06.09.2023) Brief proceeding of 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 11:30 AM through VC/OAVM. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) The 34th Annual General Meeting of the company held on 29th September, 2023 was commenced at 11.30 A.M. and concluded at 12.40 P.M. through Video Conferencing.
