We wish to clarify that the conclusion time of the aforementioned general meeting was 4:20 PM, which unfortunately was not explicitly mentioned in the initial submission. We appreciate your vigilance in bringing this matter to our attention. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 06/04/2024)
