Surat, Registered office of the company wherein Board of Directors has transacted, inter alia, the following businesses: The 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 15th September, 2023. The Board meeting commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 3:30 p.m. Further to our letter dated August 7, 2023, We wish to inform you that the Company has decided to reschedule the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company which was earlier scheduled to be held on Friday, 15th September 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 21st August, 2023, commenced at 02:00 pm and concluded at 03:00 pm at Block 456, Palsana Char Rasta, N.H. 8, Palsana - 394315, dist. Surat, Registered office of the company has announced that the AGM will now be held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 instead of 15th September, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/08/2023) Information of the Book Closure date. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) Submission of information regarding E-voting period for 40th AGM of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 04.09.2023) The Board of Directors has fixed the record date 20th September, 2023 to decide the members eligible to attend the AGM of Company.
