The 38th AGM to be held on 18/08/2023 at 3:00 P.M. through VC/OAVM. 2. Dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share, if declared by the members at the ensuing AGM will be paid on or after Thursday, September 7, 2023. E-voting cut off date is 11/08/2023 & E-voting will begin on 15/08/2023 at 9:00 A.M. & ends at 17/08/2023 at 5:00 P.M. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 25.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , we enclose herewith the proceedings of the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on Friday, the 18th Day of August, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. through two way VC/OAVM. The Meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 3:45 p.m. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 18.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, enclosed herewith voting results of 38th AGM held on August 18, 2023 along with Scrutinizer Report.
