Pursuant to Regulations 30, 34, 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, it is intimated that the company has fixed September, 22, 2023 as the cut off date for reckoning the voting rights of the members. Further it is informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company shall remain closed from September 23, 2023 to September 29, 2023 (both days inclusive). Proceedings of 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023) Disclosure of Voting Results of 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) With reference to the mail of the BSE dated 6th April, 2024, it was observed that the pdf attached did not contain the concluding time of the AGM. It is to submit that the conclusion time of the AGM was written in the Meeting End Time of the same compliance. However, as directed the revised pdf containing the Conclusion time of the AGM is enclosed. This is to further submit that the AGM started at 3pm and concluded at 3:53pm on 29th September, 2023.
