We wish to inform you that the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at Krida Mandal Hall, Ravalgaon - 423108, Taluka Malegaon, District Nashik, Maharashtra, to transact the Ordinary and Special Business as set out in the Notice convening of the AGM of the Company. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the proceedings of the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 01:00 P.M. (IST) at Krida Mandal Hall, Ravalgaon - 423108, Taluka Malegaon, District Nashik, Maharashtra. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 22/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith details regarding the voting results of the business transacted at the 88th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, September 22, 2023, in the prescribed format, along with the Consolidated Scrutinizers Report on remote e-voting and voting at the AGM. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/09/2023)
