(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/09/2023) Salora International Limited has informed exchange the outcome of 54th Annual General Meeting along with Scrutinizer Report and Voting Results (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, as amended, please find enclosed herewith Annual Report for financial year 2022-23 which is being dispatched / sent to the members by the permitted mode(s). The aforesaid Annual Report along with the Notice for convening 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company is also available on the website of the Company i.e. www.salora.com. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 19/03/2024)
