July 13,2023 has been fixed as cut-off date for the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-2023. 4. Approved the Board Report of the company for 23RD Annual General Meeting; 5. Decided to provide the e-voting facility through CDSL ; 6. BOOK CLOSURE will remain closed from Friday, July 14,2023 to Thursday, July 20,2023 and Company has fixed Thursday, July 13,2023 as the Cut-off Date 7.
