It is hereby informed that in the meeting held on 1st September, 2023, it was decided that the 43rd AGM of the Company will be held on 29th September, 2023 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The shareholders of the company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. 22nd September, 2023 may cast their vote electonically. Kindly take the same on your record. With reference to above captioned manner and in compliance with the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing and Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (The Listing Regulations), we are enclosing herewith the proceedings of 43rd Annual General Meeting of the members held on today i.e. Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. through video conferencing and other audio-visual means.
