Dear Sir, 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 11 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith Annual Report of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2023 (FY 2022-2023) including Notice of the 15th Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 01/09/2023) Declaration of Voting Results of 15th Annual General Meeting along with consolidated Scrutinizers Report pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
