Outcome of Board Meeting Newspaper Advertisement - The Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shankara Building Products Limited (the Company). (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 24/05/2023) We wish to inform that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 10.30 A.M through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.05.2023) In compliance with Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are herewith submitting the Annual Report for 2022-23 along with the Notice calling 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.05.2023) We wish to inform you that the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on 22nd June, 2023 at 10.30 A.M through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The business mentioned in the Notice convening the AGM was duly transacted. The meeting concluded at around 11.24 A.M (IST).
