AGM 09/08/2023 Intimation regarding the date of the 16th Annual General Meeting Dynamic Cables Limited furnishes its 16th Annual Report alongwith the Notice of 16th AGM scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 04:00 P.M. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 17.07.2023) With reference to the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, August 09,2023 through Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visuals Means , we hereby submit the Proceedings and Corporate Presentation of the company displayed during the AGM (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 09/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements )Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform you that the shareholder at the 16th Annual General Meeting considered and approved the appointment of M/s A. Bafna & Company, Chartered Accountants ( FRN: 003660C) as the statutory auditor of the company to hold office for a period of five years commencing from conclusion of 16th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 21st Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 11.08.2023)
