The Board of Directors took the note of Limited review report of the statutory auditors on the Unaudited Standalone financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2023 (enclosed herewith). 3. The Board considered and approved the Boards report along with its annexures for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. this is to inform you about the book closure and cutoff date for voting for the 47th Annual General meeting of the company.
