The Company has fixed 10 August 2023 as Record Date for determining entitlement of member to dividend, for financial year ending 31 March 2023. We are enclosing copies of Newspaper advertisement in relation to 36th Annual General Meeting published in Financial Express (English newspaper) and Mumbai Lakshdeep (Marathi newspaper) on 28th July 2023.
