We wish to inform you that the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday the 29th September, 2023 at 2.30 p.m. through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM) to transact the business as mentioned in the AGM Notice. Submission of Voting Results of the 35th AGM and Scrutinizers Report held on 29th September, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) With reference to the email dt.April 06, 2024 received from Query LODR regarding the delayed submission of Proceedings of the Companys AGM held on 29/09/2023 which concluded at 14.50 p.m. The proceedings were uploaded to BSE the next day morning due to power failure on 29/09/2023 evening. In this context, we wish to state that the delay was not intentional and beyond our control. We assure that the aforesaid delays will not recur in future. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 08/04/2024)
