Regularisation of appointment of Additional (Non-Executive & Independent) Director, Mr. Manav Mehra (DIN: 06780068) as Independent Director of the company and; 2. Regularisation of appointment of Additional (Non-Executive & Independent) Director, Mr. Thakur Singh Mejie (DIN: 06615431) as Independent Director of the company and; 3. Reappointment of Mr. Akhil Mahajan (DIN: 00007598) as Whole Time Director/Executive Director of the company at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the company held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023.
