The dates of closure of Share Transfer Book and Register of Members from Friday, 22nd day of September, 2023 to Thursday, 28th day of September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held Thursday, 28th day of September, 2023.
