AGM 27/09/2023 We hereby inform that the 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 27.09.2023 at 1100 hrs through video conferencing/other audio visual means. Accordingly, Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 23.09.2023 to 27.09.2023 (both days inclusive. The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders to vote at the AGM is 20.09.2023 and the e-voting will commence from Saturday, 23.09.2023 at 9:00 a.m. to Tuesday, 26.09.2023 at 5:00 p.m. to enable shareholders to cast their vote on the proposed resolution electronically. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023) Scrutinizers Report for the e-voting process of 58th AGM of ITDC held on 27th September 2023.
