Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Yogi Infra Projects Limited (formerly known as Yogi Sung-Won (India) Limited) at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, September 6, 2023 has approved the attached matters. We request the Stock Exchange and the Members of the Company to kindly take note of the above information on record. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant rules framed thereunder and subject to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015, the register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 25, 2023 to September 29, 2023 for the purpose of the thirtieth Annual General Meeting. We request the Stock exchange and the Members of the Company to kindly take note of the above information on record. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 06.09.2023) We wish to inform that the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 12:00 noon (IST) through Video Conferencing/other audio visual means.
