The company was originally incorporated as Airan Consultants Private Limited in Ahmedabad on April 19, 1995 under the provisions of the companies Act, 1956. Later, the name of the company was changed to Airan Private Limited on January 4, 2017 with certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name, which was issued by the Registrar of companies.
