The company was originally incorporated in Mumbai as Creative Peripherals and Distribution Private Limited, as a Private Limited company under the provisions of the companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated September 22, 2004. Later the name of the company was changed to Creative Peripherals and Distribution Private Limited on June 15, 2005 and was issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name by Registrar of companies.
