Considered and approved the Directors Report along with the annexure thereto. 2. Approved the notice of 18th Annual General Meeting and 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 29th September, 2023 at 03:30 P.M (IST) at Jalandhar Heights, 66 Ft Road, Village Pholriwal, Near Urban Estate, Phase-II, Jalandhar, Punjab-144022. 3. Dates of Book Closure of Share transfer books and register of members have been fixed and approved. 4. Mr. Madan Lal Arora of M/s M.L Arora & Associates has been appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize voting and remote e- voting of 18th Annual General Meeting. The Board Meeting commenced at 1:00 P.M and concluded at 2:15 P.M. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 23, 2023 to Friday, September 29, 2023 ( both days inclusive) for the purpose of 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
